Tech Infrastructure (TI) Lead (m/f/d)

We are looking for Tenant Ops Lead (m/f/d)

Role Purpose
Lead the daily execution and operational maturity of tenant-related platform activities, including Azure provisioning, Conditional Access enforcement, configuration drift remediation, and internal tooling operations. This role ensures that the team operates reliably, meets governance and audit requirements, and continuously improves process and tooling readiness.

Key Tasks
* Coordinate daily execution of provisioning, enforcement, and drift remediation activities
* Ensure Conditional Access and MFA enforcement is consistent, documented, and monitored
* Own process maturity and execution quality across tooling, change implementation, and reporting
* Serve as operational point of contact for governance, IAM, and architecture teams
* Track and report team metrics, execution timelines, and audit readiness
* Drive process improvements and automation in tenant operations runbooks
* Support team documentation, onboarding, and knowledge sharing
* Escalate risks, blockers, or non-compliance in configuration or policy rollout

Tools & Platforms
* Azure Resource Manager, Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD
* Conditional Access, Policy monitoring, PowerShell tooling
* Jira, Confluence, automation scripts and internal dashboards
* Observability platforms (e.g., KQL, Log Analytics)

Recommended Qualifications
* Strong experience with Azure configuration, CA/MFA enforcement, and policy-based operations
* Skills in coordinating technical execution across tools, scripts, and cloud services
* Understanding of governance models and audit preparation practices
* Experience leading operational improvements, documentation workflows, and readiness reviews
* Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or comparable
