* You will lead a team of about 8-12 employees, consisting of technicians working in-house and on our projects
* Employee leadership & development, as well as international project management are your main tasks
* You prepare your employees for the future through continuous improvement and process optimization
* You are responsible for your projects in the areas of cost, quality and on-time delivery

* You have already gained experience as a manager
* You have several years of experience in IT
* You have the ability to set goals, to inspire employees and to achieve them together
* You speak German and English
* You are internationally on business trips for approx. 20% of the working time
