About Your Role

1st Level Support / Help Desk & Field Support

* Act as the first point of contact for IT‑related requests and incidents
* Provide help desk services and initial troubleshooting for workplace IT issues
* Support users with workplace hardware, software, and standard workplace applications
* Provide on‑site support at office locations (installation, replacement, setup, relocation of PCs, notebooks, monitors, peripherals)
* Support IT activities related to employee onboarding and offboarding
* Document incidents, requests, and activities in accordance with internal IT and audit guidelines

2nd Level Support

* Analyze and resolve more complex workplace‑related incidents and problems
* Configure and maintain client operating systems, workplace applications, and endpoint devices
* Coordinate with external service providers for workplace IT topics
* Support IT asset and warehouse management (ordering, issuance, return, documentation, retirement)
* Maintain and update workplace‑related technical documentation

IT Operations & Infrastructure (Workplace)

* Support the operation and continuous improvement of workplace IT infrastructure
* Ensure high availability and stability of workplace IT services
* Contribute to IT operations and infrastructure projects
* Identify recurring incidents and operational issues and support sustainable improvements across the IT environment

Is This You?

* Experience in IT operations and infrastructure, ideally in a banking or enterprise environment
* Strong ownership mindset with the ability to proactively identify issues and drive improvements
* Hands-on experience with MS 365, MS Windows Server, MS Active Directory and IT network technology
* Fluent in both German and English
* Strong problem-solving skills and clear, professional communication
* Team player with a strong service and customer orientation
