Your Tasks

* Own, maintain, and continuously evolve the kununu data warehouse and its end-to-end data integrations.
* Lead initiatives to extend our data platform capabilities and enable internal teams as well as external partners in their daily work.
* Define and drive standards for data quality, performance, reliability, scalability, and governance.
* Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities and take ownership of solving them.
* Collaborate closely with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and Business Analysts to deliver scalable and innovative data products.

Your Skills

* Extensive professional experience and strong expertise in Python, software engineering principles, algorithms, data structures, and development best practices.
* Deep hands-on knowledge of databases, data warehouse solutions, SQL, and ideally dbt.
* In-depth experience with Infrastructure as Code, especially Terraform, and at least one major cloud provider, preferably Google Cloud.
* A proven track record of successfully delivering ETL or ELT projects at scale.
* A strong engineering mindset with a focus on automation, testing, maintainability, observability, and production-ready code.
* The ability to identify technical trade-offs, improve existing systems, and drive pragmatic solutions.
* Excellent English communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
