YOUR TECH-PART IN OUR TEAM

* Creation and development of concepts for a modern portal product for web and shop customers
* Collaboration on product strategy and roadmap to achieve the company's strategic goals
* Responsibility for the entire product development process from concept to launch
* Creation and refinement of user stories, monitoring of development, collection and evaluation of feedback, review of ongoing deadlines & status updates
* Champion a data-driven culture by establishing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), objectives and key results (OKRs), and other success metrics to measure portal performance and inform strategic decisions
* Conduct regular analysis of user behavior, funnel performance, and adoption trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
* Collaboration and coordination with internal and external stakeholders and coordination of cross-functional product development teams
* Contact person for operational areas (Marketing, Service Center, etc.) as well as providing information and support for new features and products

YOUR TECH-STACK

* Technical education, ideally HTL or university (of applied sciences)
* Practical experience (minimum 3 years) in agile software development, preferably with a technical background or online products
* Knowledge of the sports betting industry is desirable
* Know-how in agile product management and requirements engineering is an advantage
* Communicative, solution-oriented and committed personality
* Good knowledge of German and English

YThe minimum annual gross salary for this full-time role is EUR 50.000 gross / year. Depending on your qualifications and experience, we are prepared to offer a competitive overpayment.
