Application Analyst (f/m/d)

Are you someone who likes to get involved, take responsibility, and make things happen?
We're looking for an Application Analyst (f/m/d) who wants to play an active role in driving a company's digital transformation. You'll support the rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) across multiple sites -- not from the sidelines, but right at the center of it.This role is ideal for someone hands-on, curious, and solution-oriented, who's ready to turn business needs into real, working systems. You'll be working closely with an external implementation partner and internal teams, making sure technology actually works for people -- and not the other way around.

Your Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the implementation partner to ensure the project meets business objectives
• Collect and document requirements from different departments, translating them into clear technical instructions
• Configure Dynamics 365 F&O to align with business processes
• Support sites already using the system by troubleshooting and ensuring smooth operation
• Organize and conduct training sessions and workshops for users
• Provide ongoing support and drive continuous improvements after go-live
• Prepare user manuals and standard work instructions
• Serve as the main point of contact between IT teams, business users, and external partners

Your Profile:

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, ideally Finance & Operations
• Ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations
• Willingness to travel within Europe (approximately 20-30%)
• Knowledge of production and supply chain processes is a plus

Compensation & Application Details:

• The offered annual gross salary starts at EUR 70,000.
