As an IT Project / Application Manager you will proactively lead projects within our SAP Production Application Team, to drive the successful delivery of projects and enhancements across key SAP modules (MM, SD, QM, PP). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and external partners to deliver process improvements that fuel strategic business goals. In addition, you will function as an application manager to ensure daily operational business and conduct ongoing enhancements.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

As IT Project Manager/ Production Application you lead the delivery of projects and enhancements within the SAP Production Application Area. You manage the project end-to-end, from requirements gathering to implementation and control time, scope, and budget.

PROCESS MANAGEMENT

In this role you collaborate with SAP/Non-SAP technical teams and business stakeholders to clarify requirements, design integrated solutions, and manage the end-to-end technical implementation. You provide ongoing technical support (3rd level) within the established support structure for SAP applications.

APPLICATION MANAGEMENT

In the area of Application Management, you take responsibility for various SAP applications in the field of production and quality management. By collaborating closely collaboration with various departments and external partners you ensure the professional and technical development of the application. Additionally, you support the strategic alignment and optimization of the IT system landscape.

STAKEHOLDER & PARTNER MANAGEMENT

You collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure effective collaboration, resource utilization, and adherence to program and project goals. It is your responsibility to function as the main point of contact for communication between all the involved parties (internal and external).

Experience

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

That matter most for this role:

* Master of Science in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration or similar field
* At least 3-5 of experience in the SAP production planning and/or quality management modules are required.
* Fluent English skills, German is a plus
* Sound knowledge of business processes in the field of production and quality management
* Professional experience in IT/SAP project management
* Demonstrate ability to partner and challenge business ideas and requirements.
* Open, communicative, and solution-oriented personality who feels comfortable in a multicultural environment.
* Ability to work independently and autonomously in a team-oriented environment
* Travel: 0-10 %

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,471 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
