KEY MISSION AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

* Optimize the consumer journey and enhance product presentation across our global e-commerce platform.
* Develop and implement merchandising strategies that deliver consistency, quality, and commercial impact.
* Lead campaign planning including pricing, offers, and promotions in line with business goals.
* Manage seasonal catalogues and product launches, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
* Collaborate on inventory and stock planning to secure product availability and turnover targets.
* Use analytics and insights to steer merchandising, stock, and campaign decisions.
* Work closely with regional teams to align product selection with market needs and trends.

YOUR PROFILE AND REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:

* University degree in E-Commerce, Digital Business / Digital Marketing, or a related field preferred.
* 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital retail, or a tech-driven business environment.
* Strong background in online merchandising, product presentation, and consumer experience optimization.
* Confident in using e-commerce and CMS platforms such as Magento, Shopify, or similar systems.
* Experience with analytics and testing tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Optimizely).
* Familiar with PIM/PCM tools and project management platforms (e.g. JIRA).
* Excellent command of English; German proficiency is a strong asset.
* Analytical and creative mindset with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working across global and cross-functional teams.

Remuneration is based on the collective agreement for employees in the wood industry. An appropriate overpayment is offered, depending on your individual qualifications and professional experience, as well as development opportunities within a globally operating corporate group.

Für einen 12-monatlichen Projekt (mit Option für Verlängerung) suchen wir einen SAP IS-U Entwickler und einen SAP IS-U Tester. Die freiberufliche Stellen bieten die Option von Fernarbeit an. Im SAP-IS-U-Umfeld wird externe Fachkenntnis sowohl in der (beratenden) SAP-IS-U-Entwicklung als auch im SAP-IS-U-Testing benötigt.

Was Sie im Bereich Entwicklung mitbringen sollen:

• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in den IDEX-, EDM- und WiM-Prozessen
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Anpassung von Datenformaten und Wechselprozessen der Marktkommunikation (GPKE, GeLi, WiM, Datenformate), einschließlich der Auswirkungen auf intelligente Messsysteme und deren Schnittstellen
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in den Abrechnungsprozessen (Convergent Invoicing)
• Sehr gute Java-Kenntnisse
• Kenntnisse im Common Layer
• Sichere Kenntnisse in ABAP Objects (ABAP OO)
• Workflow-Kenntnisse von Vorteil

Was Sie im Bereich Testing mitbringen sollen:

• Umfassende Erfahrung in den IDEX- und WiM-Prozessen sowie im Datenaustausch
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Anpassung von Datenformaten und Wechselprozessen der Marktkommunikation (GPKE, GeLi, WiM, Datenformate), einschließlich der Auswirkungen auf intelligente Messsysteme und deren Schnittstellen
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in den Abrechnungsprozessen (Convergent Invoicing)
• Vorteilhaft: Fähigkeit, festgestellte Fehler eigenständig zu analysieren und so die Entwickler zu entlasten
